Project: Sprint Pivot
Medium: Digital, interactive, and mobile.
Challenge: To create a brand and product launch campaign for Sprint’s new TV-E-mail-Web-phone service “Pivot”, a service that lets you watch TV and control your Tivo box through your phone.
Approach: Together with Ogilvy New York, we shaped an experience and online environment that communicated mobility and effortless excitement in order to attract the gadget freaks and workaholics. To make consumers realize that “Pivot” was the next hot product and “must-have”, we offered in-depth and interactive displays of the phones where users could test drive the different models and get hands-on experiences
Impact: A strong push of potential customers to a site that enticed them into wanting, buying, and talking about the new phones. This was also a cost-effective redirection of inquiring customers from the stores to the online environment.
