Project: Continuous consulting with Electrolux global consumer insights team

Challenge: Electrolux has a strong global consumer insights and strategy team that proactively ensures their approach to research and innovation remains cutting edge and in line with their consumers. However, the team is dispersed across a global market with diverse local needs, circumstances, and work methods. As an effect, the collective knowledge of Electrolux is not fully optimized and strategies are not always coherent.

Approach: In partnership with Electrolux, we set out to create a common language and approach for how the organization approaches research and innovation. Through a series of workshops and brainstorm sessions we merged Electrolux’ established processes and know-how with industry best practices and our own creative spirits to land in a solid and custom created solution.
